Struggling to achieve that “toned” look?

If you’re under eating and not fueling your body properly with adequate calories and protein, it’s going to be extremely hard to increase muscle tissue.

Nothing wrong with doing random workouts and group classes IF you enjoy them but they’re not going to be optimal for muscle growth. Following an actual training program focused on progressive overload will be most optimal.

If you’re just checking off that you did your workout, not actually pushing yourself in them…you’re choosing to remain comfortable. Growth isn’t going to happen when you’re comfortable. Be intentional and challenge yourself

You need to rest. Working out every single day is not going to be more beneficial. Your body needs time to recover. Ideally 2-3 rest days is what I recommend but at least 1 per week

If you’re consistently missing workouts and falling off with nutrition on the weekends or when life is “busy”…don’t expect to see results. Results come from consistency, note I didn’t say perfection. But consistently following through with your actions

Stop expecting to see some huge change in how much muscle you have and how your body looks in just a few weeks. Increasing muscle mass takes time and will not happen overnight. It could take a few months or a few years for you to truly gain the muscle mass you want for your own specific goals. Learn to enjoy the process friend
